An aircraft taxiing out at the end of the day

Request Received

Thanks — We’ll Be In Touch

Your request came straight to us at DIVA Flight School Sacramento. We’ll get back to you by the end of the next business day to set everything up.

Three Things, In Order

What Happens Next

Nothing is required of you between now and the call.

  1. We got your request

It came directly to DIVA Flight School Sacramento — no one else sees it.

  2. We’ll contact you

Denis or the office will reach you the way you asked us to — a call, a text, or an email — by the end of the next business day.

  3. We’ll set it up

Together we’ll pick a time and confirm your instructor and the aircraft, and you’ll get written confirmation by email and text with the date, the address and how to find us.

Office hours: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We fly every day, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

The Fastest Route Is Still A Phone

In A Hurry?

Call us at (916) 907-5812 — it’s the fastest way to get a time on the calendar.

The office answers Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The aircraft flies every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so the flying schedule is wider than the hours in which anyone will pick up the phone.

Need to change something in your request — a phone number, a date, the number of passengers? Call (916) 907-5812 and we’ll fix it.

Depending On What You Asked

Your Next Step

Four different questions arrive through the same form, and they get four different calls.

If you asked about a discovery flight

When we call, have a calendar handy — we’ll pick a date from the window you gave us and confirm how many people are flying and their weights. A discovery flight is $200 for one passenger and $300 for two or three, and that’s the final price: aircraft, instructor, fuel, taxes and airport fees included. You’re in the air about 45 minutes; plan on roughly 90 minutes at the airfield. Once the slot is agreed we’ll send a secure payment link, and you’ll have 24 hours to use it. Bring a government-issued photo ID.

What happens on a discovery flight

If you asked about flight training

When we call, we’ll talk through where you are now, what the training path looks like, and what it costs. Flight education is $110 an hour, all in — the aircraft and your instructor together, paid lesson by lesson, with no membership, no deposits and no sign-up fees. If you haven’t flown with us yet, we’ll usually start with a discovery flight so you can see how it feels before committing to anything.

If you asked about a gift certificate

We’ll answer your question and confirm the date you need it by before you pay for anything. Certificates are $200 for one passenger and $300 for two or three. The certificate is a named PDF, emailed within one business day of payment; a printed card can be collected from the office. When the person you’re giving it to is ready to fly, they enter the code on our discovery flight page or call (916) 907-5812, and we schedule it with them.

If you asked us something else

We’ll get back to you the way you asked. If it’s a question an instructor should answer — training steps, aircraft, requirements — an instructor answers it, not a sales script.
